WDC is growing year after year in the number of attendees, partners and sponsors.
More importantly, in positive feedback, knowledge gained, and new contacts made.
2021 was our best year ever in spite of well-known limitations. But mark your calendar now or reserve your spot for WDC22.
It’s our 5th edition. Expect special things.
Workplace Design Conference is, first and foremost, designed for Business Leaders, Company Executives and Entrepreneurs. You will meet many of your colleagues there, heads of SMB, SME and large enterprises.
WDC is also a must attend event for Workplace Strategists, HR Professionals, Facility Managers, Real Estate Professionals, Interior Architects, Designers and other key people who want to help improve performance, collaboration and talent retention in their organizations by matching workplace design and technology with strategic vision and sound management.

The topic of creativity and problem solving skills has risen up the agenda over the past two years given the need for more critical and flexible thinking. So are questions about what we use space for, how to optimise physical and virtual workspaces, how to attract and retain the best and brightest and similar.
In his role at Google, these issues are a big priority for Kirk. He is also being asked to help other partner organisations in this area and challenge them on how they think about this right now.
We’re delighted that Kirk has agreed to take time out of his busy schedule to address our Workplace Design audience in person on stage at Rikli Conference Center. An experience not to be missed!
In his role as global creativity expert and trainer at Google, Kirk helps people use creativity to solve critical problems and maximise opportunities.

He assists teams through projects where new solutions are needed to move forward. He also builds the capability in others to innovate and be more creative whenever new options and fresh thinking are required to help make more confident decisions.
Kirk also built Google’s Magic Academy, a revered program to help make creativity as valued a part of Googlers’ toolkit as knowledge and technical based skills.
Kirk applies his practice to his passion for sport where he helps elite teams and athletes to ‘outthink’ the opposition. Among other projects, he leads creative problem-solving modules for the UEFA Pro Licence and Sporting Director programmes for the English Football Association.
He also advises and supports a number of organisations including adidas, Intuit and ING.
